Coach Gabriel is by far the best coach I see at Bishan Swimming Complex. I have observed different coaches for the past 5 years of bringing my kids to the pool for fun. He has a way to be firm, consistent and effective with the kids. While handling a group of kids with different swim skill levels, he can still pay attention to each kid and apply different techniques. BTW, we waited a few months just to get into his new class. One thing I like about his lessons is that he doesn't teach crap. He insist on proper swim strokes right from the start. I can see how my girls apply the correct swim stroke without bad stroke habits. In less than 4 months, my girls are having lessons in the “big pool”; but the significant point is they are doing it with confidence, and swimming right at the same time! Bravo!

Coach Joshua has been a great, knowledgeable and fun loving swimming instructor. He can be serious and yet entertaining simultaneously. What I really like about Joshua is his flexibility in his teaching, he would always cater to each student's needs and observe his students' swimming techniques, quick to point out any mistakes that they're making. It is indeed a very efficient way of coaching. His survival skills teaching is incredible and informative too. It is indeed an honour to have my son to be under Coach Joshua's guidance. Results, progress, advancement. Teaching right techniques w patience. No hard sell, it's all about what is best for us, as parents. This is by far, my favourite swim centre. Good reasonable price too! If there's a 100 star, I would rate it right there.

Gabriel was an excellent coach for my daughter! He made her swim more independently in 2 lessons than my daughter ever did in an entire term with other swimming schools.

My daughter was coached by Coach Gabriel while we were spending time with family in Singapore. He was extremely kind and patient with her, and she enjoyed every single one of her lessons with him. Geniusea is a good place to learn how to swim. Coach Gabriel understands your requirements and minimising your time taken to be a swimmer whilst emphasises all fundamental arms' motion and glides. I like Coach Gabriel's approach!
